Mostly I love this dress! The long necklace pairs nicely with the horizontal stripe pattern. Maybe she should have a purse if she is shopping.
A nice cool, breezy look for walking along the street. I like the color balance of the light pinks with the black, and the pop of dark red. I don't like the loose fitting top with the boxy skirt; it isn't super flattering.
